Shirley and I knew immediately that Beth was a perfect match for us. She always responded immediately to any texts, emails and phone messages (and there were many!) and answered our questions clearly, patiently and with good humor. Her many years of experience and detailed knowledge of various areas and neighborhoods in the Raleigh Durham area was a huge plus. When we became frustrated, during a period when inventory was extraordinarily scant, Beth always remained positive and encouraging. " Don't be discouraged", she would say. "The perfect house is out there for you." We had many specific needs, and she DID find us the perfect house. She made the financial aspects clear and simple. Quite valuable was her skill in getting us to think more clearly about the attributes we wanted in a home when we were sometimes too quick to settle for less than our ideal home.
